Yakima County Fire District #5 has recently changed our Vendor List and Small Works Process. If you are a current business member of MRSC, please add Yakima County Fire Protection District #5 to your public agency rosters at mrscrosters.org.

If you are not a member of MRSC and you have a Washington UBI number, please complete the online application for a free or paid membership at mrscrosters.org and add Yakima County Fire Protection District #5 to your public agency roster(s).

If you do not have a Washington UBI number, please download and complete the Vendor Roster and Small Works Roster (if applicable) below and return to our office via email at payroll@ycfd5.org or via mail at PO Box 447, Zillah, WA 98953.
